To ensure your tenants' safety, it is a legal requirement that all gas appliances and flues need to undergo an annual gas safety check which should always be carried out by a suitably qualified Gas Safe registered engineer.

Once the gas safety inspection has been completed and everything is in good and safe order, you'll be given a Landlord Gas Safety Record (CP12) with details of all the checks that were carried out.

Heating House can provide your landlord safety inspection and certification and we charge a standard fee of £70 for one appliance (normally the boiler) and an additional charge of £10 per item for any other gas appliances (gas hob, gas oven, gas fire etc) in the same property.
